To ensure efficient scheduling of treatments please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to relax, unwind, and change if necessary
Arriving Late
Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled time, while the price will remain unchanged.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid 50% cancellation fee. For Spa Packages, groups and appointments longer than 3 hours, we require 48 hours notice and a credit card to hold the appointment.
Spa Packages
Spa Packages have to be used in the same day, unmodified to ensure the ultimate spa experience. Services in each package have been carefully selected to create an unforgettable day of pampering.
Gratuities
Gratuities have not been included in the price of our services, packages or gift certificates and cannot be added to credit card, cheque or debit.
Cellular Phones
Please be considerate by turning your cellular phone off while in the Spa in order to maintain our peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.
Personal Possessions
Please note we are not responsible for personal items such as jewelry, clothes, electronic items etc.
